Pro-Purchase Agreement We are offering you the ability to purchase Eagle Creek products at a reduced price. This is a privilege extended to industry professionals only. It is understood that the travel gear is to be used by the purchaser only and that the prices quoted are to be held confidential and not shown to the public. We ask in turn, that you act as an Eagle Creek Ambassador--telling others about our products and giving us feedback to make our products even better. Any abuse of this privilege will result in termination in your membership in the program. Membership is valid for one (1) year. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for you. DISCRETION PLEASE! To ensure the integrity of this program and to continue membership in the Eagle Creek Pro-Purchase Program, we ask that you comply with the following rules: 1) Purchase of Eagle Creek gear is limited to only those accepted into the Pro-Purchase Program. Buying of gear for others is prohibited. 2) Educate yourself on who carries Eagle Creek products in your area so that you can recommend these shops to friends and family. 3) The maximum total purchase allowed is $500 (not including tax or shipping), per person, per month. Eagle Creek reserves the right to cancel your pro-purchase account at any time.
